Wen-Hsiang Shen is an associate professor in the department of information technology, Overseas Chinese University, Taiwan, ROC. He received his BSEE degree in 1985 and the MS degree in electronic engineering from the Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, National Defense University in 1993. Dr. Shen received his Ph.D. in the department of information engineering and computer science from Feng Chia University in 2011. His research interests include software process improvement, process verification & validation, Statistics applied to software engineering and service learning.
